Site Clerk Role
Location: Donegal Town
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day site administration.
- Check and verify subcontractors’ health and safety paperwork to ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
- Take daily photographs of site progress to document advancements and changes throughout the project.
- Attend site meetings and accurately take minutes, ensuring all actions, decisions, and discussions are recorded.
- Maintain organised records of site activities, including correspondence, reports, and H&S documentation.
- Assist in scheduling site activities, contractor work, and delivery of materials.
- Support site management with various administrative tasks as required.
Essential requirements for the ideal Candidate;
- Previous experience in a site administration or clerical role is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the construction industry.
- Strong organisational skills with an attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with record-keeping software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- A degree in Construction Management, Administration, or a related field is an advantage, but not essential.
