Project Manager
Location: NorthWest
Key Responsibilities;
- Lead and manage all aspects of project delivery, from inception to completion.
- Ensure the smooth running of multiple projects while liaising with design, commercial, and operational teams.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and control of the project, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues as they arise.
- Implement health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.
- Maintain a high level of communication with site teams, keeping all parties informed of project milestones.
- Drive performance, ensuring quality control and standards are adhered to.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on project progress, risks, and financial status.
Essential requirements for the ideal Candidate;
- Degree level qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Additional Professional Qualifications in Engineering or Construction/Project Management desirable.
- At least 10 years’ experience in the management of large-scale construction projects and multi-disciplinary construction teams.
- Proven ability to understand and contribute to the development of project implementation and associated commercial strategies for large-scale projects.
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills.
